Privacy Policy

TAHAANGA, Inc. (“TAHAANGA”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how TAHAANGA may collect, use and disclose information when you access or use the Site and/or Services.

  1. Information TAHAANGA collects.

(i)              Personal Identifiable Information. TAHAANGA collects information you voluntarily provide when you register, access or use Services (“Personal Identifiable Information” or “PII”). PII includes your:

TAHAANGA uses industry standard technologies to collect non-personal identifiable information, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. TAHAANGA may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”). TAHAANGA may also collect unique device identifiers, and mobile network information, and use and collection of any such non-personal identifiable information by TAHANNGA, including in aggregate, is not prohibited by this Privacy Policy.

  1. Minors prohibited. Services are not directed at children and TAHAANGA does not knowingly collect PII directly from children. Consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1988 (“COPPA”), TAHAANGA will not knowingly request or collect Personal Information from any child under the age of thirteen (13) in the United States. Children can access and browse Services without any personal information being collected.  TAHAANGA will apply material changes to this Privacy Policy to conform with applicable law, including any applicable provisions of COPPA that require parental consent. Your use of all features requiring the provision of information about you is entirely voluntary and TAHAANGA will never require you to use any of the features in order to merely browse the publicly accessible portions of its website. TAHAANGA will use the information you share:

  1. Information Security. TAHAANGA takes reasonable steps to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security to help prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of your PII. While TAHAANGA takes reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Services may contain links to third party websites. TAHAANGA does not review the privacy practices of these other websites and recommends that you review their privacy policies before sharing your personal information. TAHAANGA does not have any control over such third party websites and are not responsible for their privacy policies or practices.

  1. Opting Out. If you no longer wish to receive communication regarding Services you may opt out by following the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of each communication. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies, you may be unable to use certain areas of the Sites. Some browsers have incorporated “Do Not Track” features. TAHAANGA Services are designed for and targeted to U.S. audiences and are governed by and operated in accordance with the laws of the U.S., including California Civil Code Section 1798.83. TAHAANGA makes no representation that Services are operated in accordance with the laws or regulations of, or governed by, other nations. If you accessing and using Services from a country located outside of the U.S., including the EEA and Switzerland, you use Services at your own risk and initiative and you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and national laws. Please be aware that any personal information and other information you provide to TAHAANGA obtain as a result of your use of Services shall be collected in the U.S. and/or transferred to the U.S. and subject to U.S. law. By providing your PII to TAHAANGA, you consent to the transfer of such to the United States and the use of your PII in accordance with this Privacy Policy.   3. Updates. TAHAANGA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When TAHAANGA does so, TAHAANGA will post the new Privacy Policy about Services to its website homepage, and your continued use of Services is deemed to be acceptance of such updates or changes. TAHAANGA encourages you to check the date of our Privacy Policy when you access and use Services for any updates or changes.
