Return Policy

TAHAANGA, Inc. guarantees its products against manufacturing defects only. Soiled, worn or torn items are not exchangeable unless such products were soiled, worn or torn at the time of delivery to you. Merchandise considered defective must be returned for inspection within 14 days of the delivery date and accompanied by a Return Authorization issued from TAHAANGA. Failure to return defective merchandise within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the merchandise.

Merchandise considered defective may be returned for inspection only by following the return goods policy, as follows:

(i) Contact your TAHAANGA Customer Representative (with the style, quantity, invoice number and reason for return) at customerservice@tahaanga.com.

(ii) A Return Authorization number will be issued referencing the style and quantity requested. Additional quantities of merchandise will not be accepted with this return.

(iii) Unless otherwise directed all returns are to be shipped to TAHAANGA Customer Service, 266 Brush Hill Road, Litchfield, CT 06759 with the Return Authorization number written on the outside of the carton. Merchandise sent without a corresponding Return Authorization will be rejected and returned to you.

(iv) TAHAANGA will credit the account used to purchase merchandise within 3 days of receipt of returned merchandise that is accompanied by a Return Authorization.
